You asked for it and we have delivered. Here is a circuit workout, using the kettlebell, guaranteed to get you sweating and get you fit!

Don’t have a kettlebell? No worries. An 8 and 15 pound dumbbell will also do the trick.

And, make sure you watch it to the end… we have a special treat at the finish.

  4. Thanks so much for the PDF – I was travelling and took it with. I did modify the time to all 45 seconds and 15 sec breaks to make it easier for me to set my interval timer and I did modify a few of the exercises because, well, I recently gave birth. I loved it though and will share it with my sister who’s looking for a good kettle bell workout! Thank you!
